Flight School Rules

Dispatch Procedures

A student pilot will not be dispatched on a solo flight without the proper endorsements from his/her instructor.
Student solo flights will be conducted only with permission from and under the direct supervision of the student’s instructor.
If an instructor delegates the responsibility of dispatching a student solo flight to other flight school personnel, this instructor shall provide that person detailed instructions concerning any limitations placed on the student for that flight. Such instructions should include weather minimums required for flight.
Aircraft keys shall be kept under direct control of school personnel and shall not be released to a student or rental pilot without first positively identifying the pilot. If a student is unfamiliar, school personnel will check photocopy of driver’s license in the rental agreement.

Enrollment & Registration

All student and renter pilots shall complete and sign a rental agreement prior to flight.
A folder will be maintained for each student or renter pilot. Each folder will contain a copy of the rental agreement, a signed insurance disclosure statement, copy of the pilot's medical certificate, and a copy of a government issued photo I.D.
